Upon Check out please clean the best you can including dishes and trash. Also place all used towels in the laundry baskets or in the hall. Finally turn off all lights and airconditioning.

  • How many people can comfortably sleep overnight at The Werner House?
    The Werner House has a total of 9 bedrooms & 10.5 baths, so our recommended overnight capacity is 18 (2 guest per bed). Our standard rental is 5 of 9 beds where guest can choose which 5 of the 9 beds they would wish to utilize. If you wish to utilize all beds then there will be an additional charge!
  • How many guests can The Werner House hold for events and does the price vary based on the size & type of event?
    Our maximum capacity is 80 guests for events, but to make things easy we have 4 tiers of event sizes/types (Each has varying pricing)! Rehearsal/Welcome Dinners: -Small (Up to 25 guest for a maximum of 3 hours) - Base Pricing = $700.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) -Medium (Up to 49 guests for a maximum of 3 hours) - Base Pricing = $1,000.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) -Large (Up to 80 guests for a maximum of 3 hours) - Base Pricing = $1,400.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) Events: -Small Events (Up to 25 guests - All Day*) - Base Pricing = $3,500.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) -Medium Events (Up to 49 guests - All Day*) - Base Pricing = $5,500.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) -Large Events (Up to 80 guests - All Day*) - Base Pricing = $8,500.00 (Varies based on the day in the week, etc.) *All Day event timelines must be moved fully inside The Werner House by 10pm EST*
  • Does The Werner House give discounts?
    Yes, The Werner House does give discounts! If you are just looking to book a stay then our discounts tend to be automated with our dynamic pricing for times of the year that have less demand being at lower pricing automatically! If you looking to book an event or an event+stay this is where our manual discounts come into play! Event (Not including Rehearsal/Welcome Dinners): -Winter Discount = If you are booking an event during our Winter Period (November-March), there is a $600.00 discount off our base rate for your event size (Small, Medium or Large) -Day of the Week Discount: Depending upon the day of the week that you plan on holding your event the pricing for that event will be further discounted - Example: An event on Tuesday is cheaper than event on Saturday (Full details for the pricing related to this discount can be found in the General Pricing PDF) Event+Stay (Not including Rehearsal/Welcome Dinners and/or Winter (Nov-Mar) Bookings): -Small Event bookings combined with an overnight stay qualify for a 5% discount. -Medium Event bookings combined with an overnight stay qualify for a 7.5% discount. -Large Event bookings combined with an overnight stay qualify for a 10% discount.
  • Does The Werner House host corporate events and/or retreats?
    Yes, The Werner House has hosted a multitude of corporate retreats/events! In all honestly we have found our space to work perfectly for anything corporate related! Not only will you have ample space to host learning events, breakfast, lunch, dinner, meetings, etc., you will also not have to worry about where your C-Suite, Executive and/or your Leadership Team will be staying! The Werner House is your all inclusive when it comes to hosting the retreat/event while also providing overnight stay space for your Execs/Leaders! Our pricing for corporate events/retreats is extremely custom and tailored to your exact needs, so please text or email the word "Corporate" the following phone number or email and we will work with you to price out your corporate retreat/event needs!   • Does The Werner House host charity events or have charities that you are already partnered with?
    Yes, we do host charity events and have a goal to host 4 charity events per year! You can click on the button labeled, "Charity Event" below to submit a charity event that you would wish to host at The Werner House! No, we do not currently have any charities that we are partnered with but we would be interested in possible charity partners! If you wish to possibly become a partnered charity with The Werner House please click on the link below labeled, "Charity Partner" and fill out the form and we will get a meeting setup to discuss the possibility of a partnership!
  • Does Spa & Speakeasy come with your stay or event automatically?
    No, we are sorry but the Spa & Speakeasy is an additional cost. The reason for this is that not everyone wants or needs use of the Spa & Speakeasy so we allow guests to add the Spa & Speakeasy to cost of their stay and/or event if they wish! While guest can book the Spa by itself, they cannot book the Speakeasy by itself because the access to reach the Speakeasy is by going through the Spa! If you are interested in booking Spa & Speakeasy here is the additional cost breakdown! -Spa (Daily Rental) = $150.00 per day (Daily rental can be added by guest during stay or prior to stay) -Spa (Full Stay) = $300.00 (Must be added by guest prior or during the first day of stay) -Spa & Speakeasy (Full Stay) = $500.00 (Must be added by guest prior or during the first day of stay)

    Yes, but only under two circumstances! 1. You are booking The Werner House for an event or an event+stay! OR 2. Your booking is last minute for entire house and only one night is available in between bookings that we already have!
