2. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms

a. Program Name and Description The SMS messaging program is operated by Lisa Cini dba The Werner House ("Program Name"). By opting into our messaging program via our website or booking forms, users can expect to receive SMS/MMS messages regarding:

Event Coordination: Appointment confirmations, tour scheduling reminders, and planning updates.
Guest Services: Check-in instructions, door codes, and lodging support for booked guests.
Marketing: Updates on pricing packages and venue availability (upon specific opt-in).

b. Cancellation and Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

c. Rejoining the Program To rejoin, sign up as you did initially (by submitting a form on our website or contacting us), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

e. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

f. Message and Data Rates As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (e.g., booking status or active inquiry). For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
